Our mission is to provide safe homes and inclusive community living for tenants.

We offer a fresh start for people in need, with clean, modern homes equipped with essential appliances and 24/7 support from our friendly on-site team. We are not your average landlord, we go beyond the norm because we care. Our community pledge has three core pillars:

  • Skills and career support for adults

We host regular events, important skills workshops and support classes, recently getting five of our residents back to work and with the aim to help many more.

We are always looking to better our communities and living spaces for everyone to live, build relationships and play.

All of our services are completely free of charge because we are self-invested in the future of our communities and the people within them.

Having a smiling, friendly face at hand makes all the difference. Our team is available 24/7 to help and they don’t come much friendlier than this brilliant bunch. From community engagement officers who curate and manage inclusive and supportive events, to front-of-house staff that act like family, to housing officers supporting the move in process and liaising with the Local Authorities.
